作者简介：Dan Hopwood, MPH, ARM, CBCP, is Director of Risk Management for the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club.?He has both managed and owned risk c***ulting firms in addition to being an officer and manager for insurance companies and brokerages. He has specialized in the development and management of safety and risk management programs, with a broad-based industry focus. Dan has taught at San Diego City College and San Diego State University. He created and managed the Occupational Safety and Health Management Certificate Program within the San Diego State University College of Extended Studies. He holds a BS in health sciences/industrial safety and a master of public health (MPH) with a concentration in occupational health, both from San Diego State.
